Before you pay.
From sourcing to a product order, every project starts with written agreement on the goods, total price and delivery arrangements. An enquiry is not an order.
1. Confirm your quotation
We agree the product, quantity, materials, branding, packaging and any sample requirements. Your quotation identifies the seller, currency, included costs and exclusions. Research-only work or paid samples require a separately agreed scope.
2. Pay before we place the order
Full payment is required in advance. We release the supplier order only after payment has settled into our bank account and final specifications and artwork are approved. Payment processing adds time before production; we confirm the release date in writing.
3. Agree delivery responsibilities
Production and transit times are quoted separately. Freight, insurance, export arrangements, the importer, customs clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery responsibilities are confirmed in your quotation. A delivery deadline is only accepted when confirmed in writing.
4. Changes, cancellations & support
Contact us promptly for changes or cancellation. Before supplier order release or separately authorised paid work begins, cancellation of the goods order receives a full refund. After release, any deduction is limited to documented, unavoidable costs covered by the terms agreed before payment.
For damaged goods or goods that do not match agreed specifications, email your order details and photographs to [email protected]. We will investigate and agree an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund. Refunds use the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
If availability, pricing or the release schedule changes before the supplier order is placed, we will seek your agreement to a revision or arrange cancellation and refund.
